Advanced Personal Trainer
This program is the next step after attending ACSM's Certified Personal Trainer workshop. The program addresses advanced training principles for health and performance related goals. Course includes research-based strength training principles and hands-on application of functional fitness assessments and training systems for power, agility, speed, balance and strength. Sports nutrition and supplementation will also be discussed.
Prerequisite Requirement: ACSM Certified Personal TrainerSM or other Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification
